UMAGE’s designs are amazingly hands-on and easy to assemble once they arrive in their compact shipping boxes. This not only reduces the cost of the fixtures, but it also lowers the ecological footprint associated with expensive shipping methods, especially overseas. The intuitive nature of their fixtures ultimately go hand in hand with “simple and sincere” approach to design.

The entire Eos collection is made from real goose feathers from the food industry that would otherwise be haphazardly discarded and burned. All feathers are responsibly obtained, certified and sanitized before they are used in the lampshades, guaranteeing the quality and provenance of the feathers for humane and environmental purposes.
